Looking to build a website with virtually identical functionality to [login to view URL], only featuring a different topic of interest. Site functionality/layout will essentially mimic that of [login to view URL], with various minor aesthetic changes throughout that I will further specify in a separate document detailing work to be done. Would like for site to also feature an admin panel that can be used to upload logo, conduct account and content administration, modify legal disclaimer info, etc. Since I'm not a web developer or programmer, I'm unfamiliar with the various languages, but my hosting service ([login to view URL]) appears to allow PHP, Joomla!, Drupal, HTML, and PHP. The database to be used is MySQL. Offers for both fixed and hourly rates will be considered, as I do not have a preference as to what method of compensation is used.
