Magento buy it now and rent button on single products +more!

Ok, I need 3 things for this project. Basic Function: Need products with rent and buy it now buttons 1. Updatable trial period - Each product is set up with a recurring profile but I have 2 membership levels, standard and pro. The pro membership is +$10/month. I set this up using the custom options, but the problem is the trial period price stays the same and does not reflect the updated monthly rate for a pro membership. What I need to solve this is to be able to set another trial billing amount that will be used if the pro membership option is selected. Example - Recurring profile on product is $10/month until canceled. The trial period is 3 months for $30. The user has the option to choose pro membership for +$10, which would bill them $20/month but there trial period billing amount stays at $30. I need it to make the trial period $60 in the cart if pro membership is selected as an option on the product page. 2. I want to have products that can be rented or purchased using a buy it now button. So each product will have a 'rent' and 'buy it now button' instead of the single add to cart button. In the admin on the product information prices page I would like there to be a buy it now field in addition to price field. If a user clicks the 'buy it now' button on the product info page or in product listing, then they will be taken to the cart without the recurring profile information. This is so the user can buy an item if they like renting it. 3. At the end of each product row in the wishlist I want a checkbox. The title for that column would be something like "Top Pick" and the user would mark the checkbox next to the "Top Pick" in their wishlist. In the admin, I would like to be able to see this column on the customer information wishlist page so I know which item is their top choice.
