PRO'S ONLY!!!! WEBSITE CREATION AND SEO NEEDED! I am in the real estate business. Specifically, owner financed real estate. I have keyword targeted domain names that are already set up with hosting in my godaddy account and have wordpress installed. (i.e. [login to view URL], [login to view URL]) I need someone who can create a 1 page site that has content relating to the geographic location, is SEO optimized for keywords of my choice, and has an unique opt-in form at the bottom were people can sign up for weekly new home announcements. If the site needs more than 1 page to be SEO optimized to the fullest, let me know and it's up to you to create content of additional pages. I want to rank for specific keywords and be able to convert leads!!! I will send you url's of the competition so you know who you need to compete with. I will also send you my main site URL so you can get an idea of what we do and who we are. I will start off with having you do 1 page so i can see what it looks like. If it's good, i have 5 other pages that i need done and they all need to be unique and optimized for specific keywords. Some keyword research might be necessary. Custom graphics with my business logo, custom sidebars... pretty much a blank canvas for somebody to work magic and create a masterpiece with. Need somebody to work on this ASAP! If the first site goes good... i will need all 5 other sites complete by this weekend! Thanks!
