html thank you & confirmation page for my website

I need my thank you and confirmation page of my site edited. The template pages are done, with outline, I just basically need some offers added on the page in the centre with links. I need to be able to change this template(change these offers and links) easily. I would like to list 5 then also have to 5 where users can opt in. So it would state offer on left side of page with small picture, then on right side have yes or no tick boxes where users can opt in to offers. The idea is once they sign up to the newsletter they are directed to a thank you page which will display these offers. Then after confirming there email they will see offers again and be able to opt in. From then on there is just going to be a newsletter. I will screen shot what my thankyou page looks like now, the writing at the top will say something the same but I need it to look prettier, change font/ colours whatever you think. Also I think I accidentally altered the code and made a part of the yellow box stick out where it is not supposed to so I need that to be fixed ! Msg me if you think this is the job for you.
