Fix IE6.0 compatibility problem and add in-content Adsense revenue sharing ad block for Drupal site

I need an experienced programmer/web designer that familiar with Drupal 5.x to fix my IE6.0 compatibility problem and also add an in-content Adsense revenue share ad block for my Drupal site: [login to view URL] 1. And I want to insert Google Adsense block on the left corner in each blog post.
