Finish my Webshop or make a new one

Hi, Description of my project. A webshop that only have 1 product. The shop should be a "copy" of www. s o r t e s o k k e r . dk , with a nother design of course. My shop will also sell black socks in one size like the shop above. So the functionality of the shop above is the same for mine. The checkout page should be as the one on www. s o r t e s o k k e r . dk . No signing up just enter name adress, and a choise og another shipping adress. When the hit buy, they go to Paypal where all their information that they entered on my shop are taking over to paypal, so the only thing they need to do on paypal is to enter the credit card information. I sell 15, 20 and 40 pars of socks at let's say tha a clients buy 15 pair and come to the check out page. Here he decide that he want to buy the 40 pair insted. This he should be able to change in the check out page. Just like on www. s o r t e s o k k e r . dk . I want a page where the clients can write a recommendation on and give 1 to 5 stars. And I want to be able to write a comment to the recommendation. For the credibility's sake it would be good if the clients need to enter a order number to be able to write a recommendation. A slider where 3 recommendation a showen and then 3 other recommendations slide in etc.. I already have one company to make my site, but I dont trust they will finish the shop within this year, so I am looking for someone who can finsih the shop. You can finsih what they allready have made or start all over. The url to my shop is: www. l a c h a u s s e t t e n o i r e .fr and it's build in Prestashop. The front end must be in french and the backend must be in english. To get the job I need to see references that you can and have build Prestashops that are not standard. Your skills as a programmer and designer must be exellent. If you continue on the site where it is now, the job should be done within 1 week. If you start from 0 with a new site The job must take max 3 weeks from when we start. Before we start I want to see one mockup from you how you would design the site, so I can see if you have understood the job and if you can design nice sites. The design on the site now is not very nice. I need more clear, bright. 2 sites I like is [login to view URL] & [login to view URL] They are bright, and nice to look at , regarding to colors.
