We require a site that functions the same as the following websites... [login to view URL] AND [login to view URL] Will need a database with our contractors listed so when a users fills out their requirements and they match a contractor in our database that contractor will then automatically be sent an email which contains the users requirements. On the home page we would also like other features such as a latest news section, a poll for people to vote and a few small sections to give people tips and hints on different topics. The site will need to be around 20 pages. As for the design of the site it needs to be Dynamic. Please see the following to get an idea of the type of design we are after... We do NOT want a template design we would like it designed from scratch, we already have a rough drawing of the layout we require. Also require an admin panel.
