Custom Skin for Thesis Wordpress Template

I want to hire someone to create a custom Thesis skin for me and to help me with integrating the new design into Thesis template. A couple of designs which I like - [login to view URL] - I like the header - Logo, Advertisement and Slider. I am sure there must be a plugin for the slider though and I would like to the social media buttons to be integrated somewhere in the top. [login to view URL] - I like the way it shows icons next to the categories in the navigation bar. Ability to add a couple of widgets in the footer will be good too. The skin must be easy to customize in case I want to do small tweaks or modifications to it. I will prefer light colors, white will be good.
