convert yahoo store

I am currently on a yahoo store platform. I am looking to have someone convert my current yahoo store to a non-yahoo store. On the surface, this is quite easy... I want the store to look and function exactly the same (you can copy all the graphics, etc.) and the url structure must remain the same. However, I do not want a dynamic website and I need to be able to upload all data via excel... which is what we do now with yahoo... the data is structured, clean, and covers all attributes from the page title, to H1, metas, description, caption, related items, etc. You must understand RTML and HTML in order to make this work. In addition... -Need to be able to test site without site being live. -Set up for SEO purposes (Already have set up pretty well as in URL hierarchy, keywords, descriptions etc) -Need Alt and Title Tags set up for all links and images -URL hierarchy cannot change -Flex width (must be able to run with no scrolling on a 1024 wide screen) -Automatic sitemap generation and "catalog/objinfo" for integration into google shopping and bing shopping. -Site can not be dynamic, no asp or php unless needed for shopping cart, every page must be standalone html. -Transfer JavaScript’s (there are only a few) -Transfer and set up all tables as they previously are on old site -Replicate the RTML templates in the Yahoo store to run free standing on new server -Set up CSS file (none of the information will change from previous site) -Set up shopping cart -Integrate Google Check Out -Integrate Paypal Check Out -Integrate Credit Card Check out -Integrate Order Status Update Page to track orders for customers -All images hosted on server site (as of now yahoo has images hosted on different servers which is not optimal) -Integrate Shopping Engines -Integrate Google Analytics -Integrate Google Webmaster Tools -Submit site to all major search engines -Ability to edit products and make changes via Excel spreadsheet that we already have set up. Will give you spreadsheet to understand how it is set up. -Only need a single product from each section to be transferred as it is essentially a duplicate site which we will be changing the products -Set up forms to be e-mailed for any particular product question -Set up to receive e-mails when orders are placed -Create search function on website -Allow search function to be tracked in Google analytics -Create clickable tabs at the top of the site navigation (from current site, have them go from a light grey to a dark grey when in that category) - Related Items in cart check out - Cross selling - add a tiny bit of flash to home page -Comments, testimonials, running cart -Full width, flex width -Order status -Compression of scripts -No image resizing -ftp capability -Branded checkout pages, branded order confirmation page -Mailing lists / emailing lists - NOT LOOKING FOR A FANCY SITE OR CHANGES TO CURRENT SITE... Accordingly, any response to this post that is a generic response that does not show thought / research into this conversion from a yahoo store to a regular website / webstore will not be considered. We are the leading dealers worldwide for what we sell. Basically, we want everything to LOOK THE SAME and WORK THE SAME, with the same functionality, but we do not want to do it on a yahoo store platform. Note, again, URL structure hierarchy must stay the same for seo purposes (obviously not for the cart though).
