Build complete/functioning website similar to Justanswers

I am looking for a skilled web developer who can build a website to a complete and finished state that is similar in nature to justanswers.com. The site will have a different purpose and can have a somewhat different appearance. Visual graphic layout/appearance to be designed by the developer with input and feedback from myself. The developer shall provide a work plan for the project detailing what features and development steps will be completed at what intervals and accompanying project payment milestones. I will also require the provider to sign an NDA, and provide proof of incorporation (if an individual, provide an identifying document) I have a mulitpage document detailing the features I am requesting (again VERY similar to how [login to view URL] works) that I will provide once the NDA has been signed. At that time a relatively small revision to the bid will be permissible. Please do not think this is an invitation to ask for a lot more money. based on that document, if you can provide an explanation for why a particular line item is above and beyond the normal features of [login to view URL] then we can discuss an additional charge for that. A developer who uses facetime such as with the ipad would be preferred so mention that option and your timezone i your bid response. Please provide a few URLs of similar work and a brief explaination of how you created that content. DO NOT send me a list of generic sites that I have no way to determine if you had anything to do with, nor have anything to do with my design requirements. Site graphics/images to be provided by the developer with my input and feedback. After reviewing all requirements in the multipage line item document I have, the developer shall indicate a request list of all written text fields that they see as needed. I will review, and cross check with my list, and I shall provide all of hte written text to be applied to the site pages by the developer. Once the project is finished, the site shall be turned over to my control and shall not be limited to any proprietary web development editing software package. it shall be freely modifiable and editable by any competent web developer. This project does not require a short timeline so a couple months is acceptable, but it will be important to meet milestones as well as communicate openly with me about progress. The project shall be considered complete when the functioning website is allowed to operate with users signup and features being used for a period of 30 days. Please line item separately any initial SEO efforts you propose to make. Please leave any ongoing SEO agreements estimates or quotes separate from this bid for now. We can discuss that later. As a last note, please separately line item a fee to provide 60 days of additional debugging beyond the completion date.
