Artificial Neural Network forecasting with Categorical Data variables

I need a website setup for forecasting purposes, based on exclusively Artificial Neural Network forecasting with Categorical Data variables. I need 2 modes. 1) Continuously valued variables. If you understand engineering, you know what I mean. 2) Discrete data, ie binary data with only 2 values, like 0 or 1. I need the following types of networks all implemented in: *********************************************** 1 Feedforward neural network 2 Radial basis function (RBF) network 3 Kohonen self-organizing network 4 Learning Vector Quantization 5 Recurrent neural network 5.1 Fully recurrent network 5.1.1 Hopfield network 5.1.2 Boltzmann machine **************************************************** I will provide the data for the forecasting. Most probably climate, river flow, wind energy data to predict certain outcomes in the enviroment or climate or weather. Prefer someone with a Solid background in Artificial Neural Networks to assist me in setting up the website and algorithms for the forecasting and predictions.
