Snatch Up Deleted and OnHold Domain Names

I want a VB6 program/utility that can find domain names that have expired, are on hold or been deleted recently using some powerful search criteria form. Domains found should be checked against maybe: google, yahoo, lycos, inktomi engines, and alexa in order to produce a popularity report. It should be easy to select any found domain name to be registered, either manual or fully automatic. It should be able to run in the system tray and to run searches on a user defined time intervall. I found an online service offering something similar. You can have a look at their service here so you understand ruffly what I want this application to do. [url removed, login to view] You must be able to code great functionality, fast running program, a great user interface, full help on F1 that describe all functions. The popularity reports must be extensive and good looking in html and maybe ascii ... If you are a registered IP*Works user, and want to use it, it should be okay. Just let us know first. I'm also open for your suggestions and ideas as well as you should be open for mine to make this an outstanding product. IMPORTANT: In your bid include your description and ideas how you can make this a top of the art application, and also when you can start this project and when you expect to have it done. If you have any experience in creating something similar, it would be great if you could show samples of what you done. If you get to do this project, you must send us source code prototypes often so we can follow the project, and ev. help testing, agree to layout, find bugs and also make needed changes early if anything doesn't work as expected.
