In the process of completing a small POS (point of sale) software for the use in a small business. Most of it's complete. Only need a few things to be fixed up which we're unable to do. We're on a very tight schedule so this must be completed ASAP. Full details about what it should / does do will be given to the successful bidder. A zip of the database so far is included. In short, the QIS (quantity in stock) feature needs to be implemented fixed up. Meaning every time an item is purchased, 1 is minused from the QIS in the items table (when an item is deleted from sales, 1 is added) and a small form to be able to change / view the current QIS for items. The sales form also has to be amended slightly. See the picture zip for info on what it should look like - cboItems on the right section needs to be changed to the itemnumber instead of item name like it is now (so our barcode scanner can scan in the item numbers on the barcodes). A txtbox will also need to be made to now display each items name. Once an item is scanned in and enter key hit (using on enter event i assume) - because the scanner auto enters at the end, the focus needs to be set on the next itembox to scan in another item and so on. There seems to be a small bug with the new order button for some ppl - instead of allowing them to enter in a new order, kicks them back to the last order needs investigation and possible fixing. Add groups to the items. i.e. may have groups whips with whkwhip01 and whkwhip02 listed and a group for saddles etc (add form to add groups and allow each item to choose a group to belong to - should be easy :) ) On the left hand side on the sales form - where all items are listed.. Sort them by groups. That's pretty much it.. a few small things (as I said, most is already done). Again, successful bidder will receive more info when required.
