vb 6 form text box/lbl printing to match screen

I have two VB 6 forms that have graphic labels, VB labels, and text boxes. I need two print routines written. One for each form accessed on the form by a print command button.
You must not change the code that already exists. You must only add print routines.
The printout for the hiddenstats form is to look like the screen, only with just text labels for the graphic labels on the screen and just the values of the [url removed, login to view] properties and the values of the text boxes.
The image in the middle of the screen with alternating colors for showing a horizontal line from the player name on the left side of the screen to his stats on the right side of the screen are to be replaced with a row of '---------' inbetween the player name and the stats on the right side of the screen.
All of the graphic lables and regular labels and text boxes are to be on a printout in the same layout as the screen, printed in landscape orientation on one page.
The quarter totals and all other labels and text boxes must be represented on the printout.
The gameinfo form must be printed in portrait mode. The graphic lables on this form must be represented as text labels on the printout. The printout is to resemble the layout of the form on the screen.
Do not use the printform method. No graphics are to be printed. Only text.

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):
a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
