We use excel to estimate our construction projects. We use quickbooks as our accounting package. We need a vb button placed in our excel model, for exporting the current estimate into quickbooks as an estimate within quickbooks. All of the appropriate customer information, job information, parts, and items must be imported. Must not create redundant estimates in quickbooks, script must be handy enough to decide append a defined estimate in quickbooks when dealing with the same construction project. Also interested in creating a vb form (not within excel) so the user could choose where on the network the excel model file is and click a couple through a couple of prompts to export the information into quickbooks. Will need project documentation explaining exactly what happens when you click the vb button from within excel and what the parameters are for use.
