Excel Macro

For MS EXCEL we need a seperate application or a macro written that can output a line of text to a specified text file. The output of the line of text will be triggered when a value in a specified cell is changed (to a specified new value such as from 0 to 1 or 1 to -1) as the result of a calculation only there will be no worksheet event at all ( the formula in the cell will use a dde link to an external data source that continuously changes the value of the calculation in the cell). Once the value in the cell has changed to the specified value the line of text output should be read from a specified amount of cells immediately below the calculation cell, each of these cells below that contain text should be in the output line of text seperated by a comma the line of text will end with a carriage return. It needs to be modular so that it can monitor more than one cell at a time. It should not require any focus on the workbook that cotains the macro if a macro is used and should not be cpu intensive in any way. I will provide you with a sample excel sheet with a qlink account ([login to view URL] dde stock quote feed) where you can test and implement your work. I am looking for someone who is an expert at MS Excel and has basic financial knowledge. This should be a fairly easy job for that person. There will be more jobs in future for you assuming this is done properly. Please do not apply if you feel your not confident and/or qualified to deliver a working and stable sample. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
