Detect Registry/File Monitoring Software

I needed someone to write me a procedure that could run a scan on all the software running and see whether they are monitoring files or the registry. I'm sure this is possible through some technique. Take note that I won't accept code that scans for known File Monitoring or Registry monitoring software. It should just use some detection method that figures our whether the opened software is doing so or not. Also, it shouldn't detect virus software. I believe Virus software also monitors but it should compare the detected with a list of known virus scanners (which you have to prepare) and if there is a match.. it shoudn't return it as a file or registry monitoring software. The function should be in VB and should be placed in a module so it could be independent and included in any software. ## Deliverables Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
