I have a database already designed. I need to do some calculations on some tables, such as adding some values from records, multiplying it with constants, etc. Some samples are Kpers_owe/employee = ([url removed, login to view] + [url removed, login to view]$/month) x [url removed, login to view] Employee contribution = SUM (Kpers_owe/employee) Total Payroll = Employee contribution / 0.04 Its for a payroll system I have to write. This should write the values into a new table so that I can print out the reports & have an archive so that at year end I can print out the values for the whole year. Attached is the access file & to be calculated values. Also there sould be some mechanism so that the Salary table should be updated everymonth and the calculation should be done for this month. Please feel free to ask me any questions you have.
