559786 php order tracking system

Hi, I need a simple order tracking system created for my site ([login to view URL]) - it's not finished yet, at the moment when users want a repair they print off a form and it is done by post. I want the users to be able to track their orders online, so once they have sent off their phone, they can enter their email address and be emailed a unique code, a admin can then change the status of their order, which the user cam check on whenever they want. I need this done in php, and am assuming it will need a msql database. This is quite a simple project so I am not expecting to pay too much. Please can you give an example or previous work Thanks
