Project Overview – Equipment-Calibration System (ECS)
The ECS is a system that manages the calibration and maintenance records of equipments in the company.
Workflow
Super administrator (SA) creates customers, projects and Person-in-charge (PIC). SA then assigns customer to project and PICs to projects.
PIC then creates the relevant equipments to track in ECS.
For every equipment, there is a calibration date where the PIC will then calibrate the equipment. On each calibration, the PIC will file a calibration report via ECS.
For every equipment, there is also a preventive measure (PM) date where the PIC will conduct preventive measure actions to the equipment. On each PM, the PIC will file a PM report via ECS.
Whenever an equipment breaks down, the PIC will file a breakdown report via ECS.
During calibration, PM or break down, PIC may use spare parts to fix the equipment. The spare part module tracks the issue/receive orders of each spare part and is managed by the PIC.
