Overview: I want a smart interview that is designed to populate 25-30 PDF forms. The website serves as a client portal access to view and sign PDF forms that are generated by an interview. Would like it to be a Google app and work with Gmail, calendar, voice and drive. I would like it to be ready for commercial use - to sell licenses to use the product. Details: Have 20-25 existing separate PDF forms. Most of these forms require the same fields be entered into each form, such as name, SS#, address, etc. Rather than filling out each form individually - we want one main form (Interview) that will populate the matching fields in the multiple PDF documents. Would like to be able to add forms and questions with field answers to the main interview form, without having to do any coding. The main interview form - will require inserting rules for hiding or opening fields based on prior answers given and also give proposed answers or answers to choose from. The interview will be divided into sections - that will match the order of the forms that need to be populated. Probably referred to as stages where additional questions are answered at a later date, to populate forms that are needed later in the case. Attached is an example of a couple of the forms that will be populated by the main interview form. There should be a front end and back end, as well as a master and admin end.
