1. I understand the requirement is about managing customer relationships, specifically to send email, see a history of communciations with each customer/client. Am I understanding the high level requirements correctly?
2. When you say Outlook integration, do you mean office Outlook installed and configured in your PC? Also you refer to online access to the application from anywhere. Can you please eloborate more on this about your thoughts? This should help me to identify technology/tool to use.
3. When you mention about various users and permissions, can you mention few examples of various roles and what each role will do? This should help to design a proper authentication and authorization rules.
