PHP Registration System and Text File Creation / Edit

I need some PHP code using mySQL written to do:
1. User Registration / Login / Lost password system.
Fields: username, password, name, email, paypal_email, registration_date, expiry_date, number_of_posts
Expiry date to be one month from registration_date. number_of_posts to be passed as a variable to registration form.
Normal registration system.
2. Each user will then have a number of text files created which will need to be listed and access. The number of these files is set by the number_of_posts variable passed to the registration form.
Attached is a sample of the text file.
Once logged in the users see's a list of the files for them.
They have option to edit file. Data should be extracted from text file and presented as fields in a form. On save they should write back to the text file format. Text files to be named username-1 username-2 etc.
All text files should be saved in /blogpost directory.
Fields that need to be entered / edited.
Title
Keyword 1
URL1
Keyword 2
URL2
Article
Expiry date to be set to user:expiry_date
Blogpost: set to 1
The system is for users to Login and setup the text files but in a nice user friendly way without needing to see the tags that are in the text file.
Normally users will be given 3 blog entries to edit.
Once the files have been setup our software will process the text files so it is important to have them in this format.
Text files to be stored in directory /blogposts
