Penny Auction Analytic Software

Hi i am looking for someone who is able to create an Analytic Software for the Penny Auction platform. The software will basically have it's own internet explorer window where a user can type in a penny auction platform website or choose from a pre-install list of penny auction website, It will have the ability to open multiple Internet explorer window's where they user can open and view different penny auction site's. It will give the user the ability to log into the site. it will then Basically allow the user the ability to specify which category of items from the penny auction platform it will like to monitor. It will then grab the link's of all the auction's in that specific category, and display each item in the auction. After displaying each auction it will then tell the user Who the bidder's are in that particular auction, what is the current bidding speed of each user and of the auction itself, the number of bid's a particular user's has done in that auction and previous auctions, the user past winning and losing auction's, The number of bids in a auction and of a user, The top bidder's on the site. this software will also have a time line of previous bid's for an item. Also i want the software to be able to set a spending limit per auction for the user. and when the spending limit has been reach it will give a notification to the user that they have reach their limit. I also want the software to come with the ability for me to generate user-name and password to use it from a server. and the ability to shut down the software if the individual doesn't pay a monthly fee to use it. *Must Read* NO OVER THE TOP BIDS, I understand coding and making a software is difficult but ONLY Reasonable Bid's will be taking into consideration.
