I want to create a program that allows me to act as a host and connect to other computers (guests) remotely by accessing their webcams, a maximum of 9 connections simultaneously. The host would be able to see the guests, but they would not be able to see the host. The host and guests need to be able to chat with each other by typing. When the host sends a message, there should be some kind of alert sound on the guest's side. I would also like an iOS and Android version for the guests to access their smartphone/tablet cameras, but the host will always be on a PC.

Hi, I'm professional developer with more than 15 years of experience in various areas including remote administration tool. I have built previously something similiar (host can see guest desktops) and it can be adapted to use only webcam instead. Can you clarify do you want iPhone or iOS (Mac) version of guest prg? Also can you clarify what other features (beside chat and webcam) do you need and what kind of details should chat support. I would like to better estimate time needed to complete this project and also the apporopriate budget, but for three platforms (Windows, iOS, Android) it will be higher than 750$
