Instagram Likes/Comments Helper (Automation Programming)

We want to like and comment on photos from some of the people who have made a comment on a particular photo. The process would go like this: Admin enters URL of Instagram photo. System grabs all the users who have commented on that photo. System takes a random subset of that group. For each user in the random subset, the admin would see something like the attached .jpg: - System shows most recent photo plus three photos selected at random for commenting & liking -- System will preselect two of those 4 photos to be “Liked” and randomly assign pre-written comments to each of the 4 photos. - System shows 10 additional random photos for liking -- System will randomly preselect between 1 and 4 of the 10 photos as “Liked”. Admin can change comments or likes. Once admin is happy with selections, he will click submit and likes/comments will be placed in queue to be submitted to Instagram at random time intervals. For example: Selected Instagram picture has 10,205 comments from 9,523 users. 9,523 (number of unique users) / 63 (randomly selected number between 37 & 97) = 151 chosen users For the first user, we'll show his most recent photo & 3 other random photos he has posted. 2 of those 4 photos will have “Like” preselected and pre-written comments will be preselected for each photo (with each comment being chosen only once per the four photos. No duplicate comments pre-chosen.) -- The admin can change the like status and the chosen comment or he can write a completely new comment. For that first user, 10 additional random photos will also be shown. 3 of those are selected as “Liked” -- The admin can change the like status on each by clicking them. When the admin is happy with the choices, he clicks submit to queue. The system then puts the likes and comments in a queue. Each one is uploaded via the Instagram API at a random interval between 10 seconds and 1 minute. Details: System must keep track of everything in a database. For Version 2, we will add additional features based on what we've done with the user in the past, so we need to know exactly what the system has done. An admin page should show what is in the queue and what has happened in a user friendly way. No table tags. Everything must be done with CSS/div. The heart icon is Font Awesome fa-heart. “Discard” removes the user and selects another one from the available remaining users as a replacement. The system will only select each user once thoughout all time. After the user has been selected and put into the queue, that user will not be selected again. (In version 2 of the system, we'll handle it differently. For now, it's simply a one time per user limit.) System must stay under Instagram API limits. The list of pre-written comment choices may change. The database must keep accurate records of what comment was submitted with what photo.
