OScommerce Manufacturer PDF reports Page

OK , I need a Manufacturers sales report page for OScommerce but with a PDF sales report option for each manufacturer on the same page. The File attached “[login to view URL]” can be copied and edited, but do NOT overwrite it - create a new report name. I will have many suppliers and each supplier has many products they supply me with. So I need 2 things: NUMBER ONE. I need a general manufacturers report page (similar to the attached picture) This file already works 100% so it should be easy to edit it for my needs. I need to select: 1. The Date range. From X month to Y month. this will give me a list of ALL Suppliers and their total sales for the time period ***(WITH THE PDF option explained below and shown in the attached picture)*** The Supplier = (This is the ‘manufacturer’ in OSCommerce) 2. The Suppliers email address needs to be shown This can be taken from the Manufacturers URL option in OSCommerce - Since i dont need a URL for each supplier, I can manually put in the email address in this column when adding a new supplier. Anyway, this needs to be shown on the report page) 4. the Wholesale price - Again, already installed in my OSCommerce, I just need it shown for each product supplied by the selected supplier. 5. (THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT) I need a Printable PDF report for EVERY supplier. This page when finished should enable me to go to this ONE REPORT PAGE, Select the time period, look at all the suppliers and then choose which supplier i want to pay and print and email the sales report to each supplier. **All from this page.** NUMBER TWO: - The PDF Report The generated PDF report should contain all the above info. The PDF should contain the: Date range Supplier Name Supplier Email address - taken from manufacturers URL option Wholesale price for each product which that supplier supplies me with Total sales sum (total due from the wholesale price) for the selected period Names, Model id of each product and quantites of each product sold from that supplier.
