New website development, my SQL database integration

We are currently re-designing our website www.hireabox.com.au. We are looking for an experienced company to build the new website and integrate it with the existing my sql database. There will be additional functionality required to what you see now on the website including new forms that feed into the database. We have between 5 - 10 websites to build that will all use the same database but have different URL's. Our in-house graphic designer will design the first site and then use this as a template for the other sites. I would like you to quote on the first main site only and if things work out well then you can do the rest of the websites along with seo services for all our different services. In regards to the seo work required for this website we will need you to add in google analytics plugins, upload site maps etc. We will need a very user-friendly wordpress CMS so we can edit text and images and change all the other elements ourselves. We are also about to add 4 new products so these will need to be added onto the hire and sale calculator pages as well as the products page. The new site will have roughly as many pages as the existing site has. We can provide you with a test database so you can look at the existing code. At the moment all the order online jobs go into a job queue which automatically allocate to the driver depending on the postcode entered. We are also using DHTMLXScheduler so our drivers can block out periods in their calendars and this either makes the requested time on the website unavailable or assigns the job to another driver. I understand it is not simple to work with what someone else has created but we are looking at building an on-going relationship over a few years and we have lots of work to do together.
