functions and programing for daily deal site - no graphics

Hi We are looking for the Freelancer or IT company to develo and install functionalities for Daily deals type website. Website is already live and a 90% of the graphic design is ready in HTML ( only some very small graphic work and converting to HTML will be required 2-3 simple screens ) I have a dedicated Graphic for this project. This project is for EXPERIENCED Freelancers ONLY ! IF YOU HAVE NEVER DONE A DAILY DEALS WEBSITES BEFORE, THAN I AM NOT SURE, IF OUR COOPERATION WILL BE POSSIBLE. ( unless you can convince us, that you can complete the project fast,, on the budget and with quality work ! ) Portfolio or references required. **LONG TERM COOPERATION POSSIBLE ( WE WILL NEED 3-4 ANOTHER DAILY DEALS WEBSITES IN NEXT 3-6 MONTHS ) ** Functions we need for this daily deals website: Registration with email and Zip code ( it is actually hooked up already, but probably need to be improved ) Sign In/Register, login / logout with zip code, email address and the type of user( male, female for example ) , retrieving password via email, simple auto email notification after sign up. ( welcome email ) my account page functionalities ( history of user's transactions, status of the deal ( available, expired ), user contact and address information, uploading photos option, setting up subscriptions, changing the password , email etc. ) admin panel for adding, uploading and managing deals admin panel for vendors with deals statistics ( number of deals sold, type of deals sold etc. ) panel / tool for managing and distributing emails ( sending daily deals email campaigns ) data base for segregating emails by zip code, and email and type of user ( male, female for example ) LIVE deal page functionalities ( timer for deal, number of deals sold / left to but , price discount, saving on deal, google maps for vendor - deal provider location, placing comments on the deal etc. ) . LIVE page deal must have links / sharing option via facebook, twitter and sharing via email. Side Deal functionalities ALL deals page ( page is ready in HTML ) Archive/Past Deals Checkout via PayPAL and automatic email order confirmation Sign up page for external contributors etc simple CMS for editing content on sub-pages ( text and main picture ) and setting up and editing tags and keywords Invite friends plug in ( via social seervices, popular email accounts etc. ) " Share this " plugin. ( via social media, popular email accounts ) Website is already integrated with Facebook account, but some small integration with Facebook and Twitter accounts may be required. We have a Facebook account design so far and it is integrated with data base and website, but it may required some small improvements ) Project requires implementing a Picture Gallery ( uploading photos by users to the specific sub-page ) and the Cutest Photo Content . ( Photo contest with prizes , voting mode on the website and/or Facebook account ) Choosing a city option for local deals. Some other functionalities may be required as well. ( this is more like optional for the future ) ** important ** - developing a referral program ( 5 level 1.5 % or 1% matrix ) - we would like to pay our customers commissions up to five level deep for referring friend ( tracking system with option to track friends referred by Facebook, Twitter etc. ) Project must be deliver fully operational, tested and bug free in 100%.
