Web Page Generator - Mac

I need a piece of software (for mac) that will create instant mini sales pages for me with the option to change i.e. header / background color, headline color, image / video upload, the ability to change the text, Bullet points, tick boxes to include things like 'text box - yes/no' and a drop down menu where I can select what information I wish to gain from the prospect i.e. name, emil, phone number, location etc, ftp upload option all aligned in a professional presentable manner online..
