Tableless CSS conversion

We currently have a shop system that can be customised by the end user, we wish to increase the flexibility offered to our customers and allow them more control over the layout and design by converting our existing system to CSS tableless pages.

## Deliverables

1) Create new tableless CSS based static html pages, for the key pages as defined below. complete source code of all work done.

2) Create a single CSS file that matches current design, that will work with all the pages.

3) Ensure the resulting files are well documented and ID names etc are clear, consistent and easy to understand across each page. 4) Cross browser compatibility check. Please see attached spec document for a list of pages in question.
