Mixed Drinks For Lazy People - iPhone app

I have been working on a book called Mixed Drinks For Lazy people and would like to have an iphone app developed with most of the content from the book. The premise of the book/app is different cocktail/mixed drinks recipes, all which have 5 ingredients or less. I would like it to have 3 different sections, For Guys, For Girls and Shots. I would provide all the content, including pictures and the recipes. I would just need it all made into a simple iphone app. There is a total of 50 recipes, but only around 10 to 15 photos. I am looking to get this done in the $100 to $200 range.
