I'm looking for a developer to build a website similar to [login to view URL], including most features. The frontend user interface can be laid out differently, but must remain user friendly, attractive, and professional. The forums can be excluded (though I might be interested in one in the future). In addition to video games and movies, books and music should also be tradeable, similar to www.swaptree.com. The basic outline of the project is this: visitors sign up, search the site for games/movies/books/music and add items to their request and offers lists. When they send items, they receive points, which they can use to pay other users for their items. Points can also be purchased directly from the website. Each trade will require a trade token, which can be purchased from the website or gained by referring new website users. The cost of the points and trade tokens should be configurable by an administrator in a backend interface that will control other aspects of the site well. See [login to view URL] for these references. The sites should be very similar, but this one will include books and music, and older video game consoles will be supported.
## Deliverables
This is just a list of the main features that should be included:
1. Users can trade games/movies/music/books for points, assuming they have trade tokens to make trades (one token per trade).
2. The point value of items should automatically decrease/increase in increments of 50 based on the item's retail value, the length of time it's been released, and how frequently it's requested.
3. When adding items to a user's offers list, they should be able to briefly describe the condition of their item.
4. Users should be able to purchase points and trade tokens directly from the website, using PayPal.
5. Users should be able to purchase USPS shipping labels for the items they trade.
6. The frontend interface should be easy to navigate and attractive. The backend administrator interface should be equally so. The site layout should be different from the sites mentioned above (Goozex, Swaptree). This is a similar concept, but I don't want an exact clone.
