CMS: videos, pictures and text.

Hello, I looking for a quality coder, who is able to do the following regarding a copyrighted CMS. 1. The design may include some need of correction, because this is my first site I designed by my self. It can be seen on this page: [login to view URL] 2. The center of the page ([login to view URL]) need to be designed. It should look something like this: [login to view URL] 3. This CMS should not only have intregrated videos. I should also be able to add content pages with pictures and text. 4. The CMS (thumb) should also be able to link to other pages in a frame. To illustrate this please check this: [login to view URL] You top of the page has a banner etc. I want the same structure. In this case it doesnt matter that it hasnt .html extension, BUT for my own pages its a must. This means that I should be able to pick between: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] and text [login to view URL] before I enter the description, upload pictures/video, enter text etc. 5. The content pages with text and pictures should look something like this: [login to view URL] 6. .html extensions of the url's and antihotlinking of .wmv's and .jpg's, which is already done on allfunnyclips. 7. A rating system at the top of the each content page. 8. A top list of the highest rated (car for an ex.). 9. An upload function where people can upload their own (for an ex. cars.) in .jpg, .gif .wmv .avi .mpeg formats. 10.
