Auto Responder

I would like an autoresponder created similar to PHPAutoResponder but with a few additional tweaks.

In general:

Login security for multiple users for multiple lists

Ability to assign account managers per list

Subscribers receive emails based on other criteria other than subscription date.

What do you think? And how much?
