This project is very simple:
I want an *exit* pop-up script that cannot be blocked by Microsft Service Pack 2's built in pop-up blocker or pop-up blockers like Google's toolbar.
Modal popups can still get by Google's and older popu-up blockers, but it does NOT get by MS SP2's pop-up blocker.
The code you provide me must be able to work on a normal web page and cause a pop-up window to appear on exit that I can control size and appearance of to show up when they leave my web page.
Must supply instructions on how to set it up on my web page.
Script must work on Windows and Linus servers.
I basically don't care how you do it, just as long as it works.
Use flash, php, cgi, javascript.... whatever it takes.
Again, this script must launch the pop up when the browser leaves my web page.
However, I also need it so that if they click certain links on my page (order button) it does NOT launch the pop-up but let's them get to the next page without the script.
I will pay a bonus of 50% over and above the agreed bid amount for an on-time delivery of bug-free code that *works*
