Mambo 4.5 CMS template design and set up

Basically we are looking to have the Mambo 4.5 PHP web content management system set up on our sever for our bodybuilding forum site. The main fuction of this new addition to our site would be to act like a online magazine. The address of our current site is [login to view URL] The look and feel of the design template would be something simular to [login to view URL] [login to view URL] This is a starting bid post, we are open to other ideals or the use of other open souce CMS solutions that are PHP based and support Mysql features The basic needs are to have the template appied to the site so that our writers can consentrate on content which is made possible by the mambo CMS, have the approval of content feature in the CMS enabled, and also if possible we would like access to past issuses as the content will be updated monthly. All of which is supported in the CMS package.
