i'm looking for a developer who can rewrite or clone the software running on [login to view URL] - a website promotion service. the website provides a simple 3 step flow. - enter a website and read the owner data from the NIC - preview the extracted informations - submit the data to search engines for free or optional - submit the website data to up to 250 search engines and generate a PDF invoice. the backend is a bit more complicated as it should have a payment reminder function, a paypal interface, and a interface to add/validate/test the interfaces to search engines. we want to have the frontend and the emails of the site in english and german (development language should be english, but more languages should be added with templates). supported countries and currencies should be Euro, CHF, GBP and USD the design shouldn't look look like [login to view URL] - we want a new design. we already have a list of search engines with key/value parameters for submitting the data. the backend should save the submissions and report unsuccessful submits to the admin. we prefer a developer from europe with german language skills. feel free to ask questions before you place a bid. development environment should be linux with PHP and mysql as a database. thanks,
