We are seeking a talented firm / programmer to create our company an Outlook Express repair utility. This software needs to be able to restore corrupted Outlook express files to their original working state. This includes file structure, settings and other problems related to DBX file function and in general, Outlook Express. Registry Cleaners do not work to fix most DBX file programs, so please don't suggest using that type of utility.

We have drive development expertise and this would need a C/C++ application development to correct the headers of the Outlook Express DBX files or svan through the messages inside the DBX to arrive at the proper correction mechanism. We have a presentation ready which we shall share only after we sign NDA. How do we proceed and we would like to know why have to written as LINUX platform?
