We have a web-app in development. We would like to implement some updates to the web-app. We want to get some of the foundational aspects of the app complete.
1. We have a user list table that is called and shows the Users. We want to add a similar second user lists for Consultants and a third user list for Contractors. There would be a slightly different input form than the one we have with the users. Such as company name, type of business, etc... but very simple here. +Add buttons will be placed above the table for the Administrator to easily add a user, consultant or contractor.
2. We want to update a project entry form to include about 10 more input fields. Again very simple form stuff.
3. On the Project entry form, there is a place to add a Parent contract that will fund smaller contracts called task orders. If when entering a task order, the app should first prompt you to identify the parent contract that will be funding it. Again straight forward web app stuff.
4. The user tables page and project info page should add and save with no refresh of the page. (Currently there is a refresh for each save)

Please note that the web app is responsive and works on desktop and iPad. We are also looking to work with an individual and not a subcontracting company.
