I have a website where users can earn points from each other for watching videos. The php script determines the order of the videos by who is paying out the most points per view which the maximum is 9. All videos paying out 9 go before videos that are paying out 8 and so on. I want the script to still show the videos with the most points paid out first , but i want the videos to be randomized when grabbed from mysql. The problem i'm facing is that some users have a lot of videos and when the viewer gets to their videos they are forced to watch hundreds of the same user videos in a row. Grabbing the videos by highest payouts while randomizing the user.
