Hello, I understand what you need and I can do it. You just want to add another field in database called unique ID, and when you send data to database to create that ID? it doesn't really have to be hidden field in form, unique ID can be generated during updating database. Hi there, What I have in mind is really standard for your project. I will create a page containing your forms consisting of fields you defined, and then create a part to process this form: validate the fields value (by PHP) - I mean all the fields' value formats, and then generate a unique ID for each user. It will have an autoincrement value mapped with the data inserted but I will create a new generated data using encryptor based on the incremental value, so it will be unique for each. And afterward, the user can choose whether to print this or not and at the background, it will send an email to the email inputted. I will make it in PHP. Is it what you mean?
