Need a Script for Instagram (Seeking an Expert)

I need a programmer who can create for me a script that will properly register/create, manage and run multiple api clients for Instagram. The script will run on via a web browser i believe via database & mysql OR another option is to create a desktop application. HIRING ASAP. this is a small project for an experienced programmer but if you do a good job on this there will be a steady flow of work and i will continue giving projects your way.
