264446 MySQL + PHP optimization

I have YourOwnBux 4.0 script and a big site My site becoming to run slow because of lot of mySQL queries. CPU load is always 100% and HDD use too. I need someone to optimize my script, to reduce CPU usage. Perhaps you need to create indexes for my tables. If you need, I can give detailed stats, just tell me what to do. You probably have a lot of queries that require MySQL to scan whole tables or you have joins that don't use keys properly. Handler_read_rnd_next 4,262.34 M The number of requests to read the next row in the data file. This is high if you are doing a lot of table scans. Generally this suggests that your tables are not properly indexed or that your queries are not written to take advantage of the indexes you have. --------------------- NOTE: Since this is a running site, and a lot of users on it, I can NOT give you SQL/root access to the server. What I can do: give you database structure (dump), and the script. What you should do: reduce SQL queries, optimize the script code, make indexes for my tables, rewrite the script to use those indexes and give me the file to import into phpMyAdmin.
