563502 MySQL Experts: INDIA ONLY PLEASE 2 2

I need someone in India with MySQL experience to see how to fix what is wrong in my site. You can start from nothing to make it work properly or you can try to fix what we already have. When you start here: [login to view URL] you are taken to MySQL "a survey" here: [login to view URL] While you are inside the survey you are supposed to be able to upload your video, which shows up into here: [login to view URL] Try to click into ([login to view URL]) "government$", then click the 1st image on the left side. You will see some videos show up. Click 'List" on the video player to see the titles of the videos. Click the bottom of the video and you are sent to the website that is programmed. This information is submitted during the time you complete the MySQL "survey". I need this to be working correctly, and shown in [login to view URL] is where you will make your magic. After it is working correctly then you will put it into the main website folder. The next part of this project begins here after he completes "the survey": [login to view URL] If you have the skills then you must make this happen as advertised. If you can't do this part I can hire another to do it. If you think this should be two jobs, let me know.
