130984 Event Report System by SMS

A fun and interesting project. Event Reporting and Management System initiated by SMS through premium rate number at [login to view URL] A detailed description and variable list provided upon commencement of project. code in PHP with mySQL using template approach so each displayed page can be custom edited in html using basic text editor. template files can be *.tpl for example. system to have 3 levels of interaction. 1. admin (our office) 2. clients (our paying clients) 3. end users (our client's clients). Project is a standard event tracking system generated by SMS text message. System interfaces with [login to view URL] 's premium rated system using their 2way HTTP API interface using simple HTTP requests. Operation: each client (see 2) has own login and admin area. X number of fixed codes assigned to each client (see2). end user 3 sends fixed code text message "SMS" to our premium rated number. bulksms responds with preformatted message to client cellphone with unique code. same unique code passed from bulksms with initial txt message (code) from cellphone to our system. our system recognises code as assigned to a client (see2) and generates a log entry for that client. message passed back to end user (see 3) is URL with same unique code. end user types in URL with unique code and directed to created log entry. end user can post text info on that event ticket. end user (see2) is notified of new event posted and requested to respond. If client (2) responds on same entry, end user is notified by email. back and forth posting allowed. NO entry can be edited by either client or end user AFTER being posted. Only admin can edit or delete entries. Reporting: Basic statistics of number of entries per client per period, open, resolved, all entries for period, open or resolved. more detail involved as to specific fields, client data captured, suspend or reactivate client (see2) accounts, multiple admin logins, need a professional very stable and reliable system. project and code to belong to us, may not be resold to other people or companies, except code snippets in library. we will provide graphics and final layout of forms and reports. Build into basic .tpl templates for later reformatting by admin using html code and txt editor require easy installation script. budget: 300 bonus: 50-100 for exceptional work, proactive planning and thinking, adding fields to be used later, working with me to develop fantastic product, and decent error checking, well documented and commented code. long term: product will evolve over time so several changes and updates may be required over 2 year period.
