Edit & Print is an online graphic editing and printing software which allows users to arrange and place text and graphic objects onto greeting card and craft templates. This project has been previously developed by other developers. Current status is far from finished and very buggy. Some source code is available for reference, redesign, improvement and or amendment. Your task is to rebuild the script from scratch. Please see Specifications Document attached for full details as well as URLs linking to the previous Beta version and example websites with similar software. Please take your time to review the spec and feel free to ask any questions before bidding. We encourage this as the spec may need some more questions answering. This project will be awarded to the bidder that demonstrates the best capability not the quickest to apply hence there is no need to rush! Our main focus is on quality. Our criteria for awarding the project is for the Freelancer that can offer us the best quality software, suggest the best strategy, complete at an acceptable time span and at the best price. We will give preference to those that have successfully completed previous projects of a similar nature and can show us some similar multimedia demo software. We anticipate this project to cost at the higher end of a medium project to the lower end of a large project but all offers will be considered. Kindly ignore the bid amount & time-line, it is just a placeholder, as our estimate is higher than your set budget, so would you be flexible in it? -------- Dear Sir, I have read your Project Description and looked at the attached word document/App from bird eye view. It seems very complex and bigger Application, so there is no way that it can be developed in US $3,000 as this budget is very low.
