40642 rotator script adjust and php

I have a rotator script from [login to view URL] I need to have this rotator adjusted, or new one that works exactly like this one as in causing NO back button error! Must load a page from rotator and be able to click back and go back to the ad you responded to, ie like on google, etc rules. Too many cause back button error which would cause trouble with some of ad sources. 1. The same URLS are added together. So if I am looking for someone I can see right away how many times they are in the website rotator. 2. In fact next to each URL I want to see how many times its in the rotator. 3. I want a search field so I can enter a URL and pull up the result and see how many rotations they have. 4. I want to be able to change any of the places where the number is shown and add/remove from how many that site has in the rotator. ie next to a URL it shows it is in 5 times. If I delete the 5 and enter 3 and save, 2 will be removed leaving that URL in 3 times, and vice versa. 5. I want a little back end built in that keeps track of the following. A. today is this date. I am adding this URL in 30 days, I want the rotator to email me and tell me to check on the status of x URL and see how many times it should be in, so I can manually login and adjust. B For me to be able to check when I enter a URL, self payed for rotation or gift/one time rotation. If self payed, it operates just like above in A, keeping going, just notifying me in 30 days to check. If its gift rotation, I get an email in 30 days saying that x rotation for x URL should be removed. ie. if I add 4 gift rotations and 4 self pay rotations, for one url. In 30 days I will get a notice to remove the 4 gift rotations and also another to check on the 4 self pay rotations. C. If nothing is done to the self pay (renewing) rotations, I get the notice every 30 days to check on that URL and its x number of rotations due to be checked on that day. So nice rotator that doesnt have ANY back button issues for ad sources, look at this ljscript if need be to make sure yours doesnt, this one is one of a few we have used that doesnt. Nice rotator, no back button issue, same URLS grouped together and displaying how many total rotations, gift/one time and self pay/renewal rotation types, gift/one time automatically emailed to remove in 30 days the number of gift/one time rotations added 30 days before, if renewal notified to check on active subscriptions for that URL... search function to find URL easy, change number next to URL for number of times in rotator...etc Important: When I add a rotation that is the 30 day clock to start on that rotation, ie if there are 4 rotations already active on their 15th day and I add a new one for that same URL in 15 days I will get a note to check on those 4 rotations due, and 15 days later for that lone one added later. They are not dated together, each rotation is tracked separately. Right now, this just needs to handle probably 800 URLS with up to 350 different unique ones right now..but will need to handle 10k easily. Need someone to get to work on this immediately and provide absolutely ASAP.
