Virtuemart 2 - Shipping by State Plugin - to add subsequent weight & cost

Hi, I have purchased a shipping plugin from [login to view URL] . I can pass to you the plugin to modify to my need as follow :- My shipping rate for each country/state will follow this same format : Min weight = 0.001kg First 1 kg = RM10 Every increment of 0.5kg = RM2 (subsequent weight) Max weight = 100kg Please imagine how many shipping plugin i have to duplicate just for a single state !! For this case :- 1st module for weight 0.001 to 1.0kg = RM10 2nd module for weight 1.001 to 1.5kg = RM10 + 2 3rd module for weight 1.501 to 2.0kg = RM12 + 2 and almost 200 more modules..each 0.5kg increment, just for 1 country/state. Can you please modify from the current Shipping by state module to allow "subsequent weight" and "subsequent amount" if the "subsequent weight" column is entered with amount > 0 and "subsequent amount" column is not empty. It will reduce the number of modules required for above case to 2 per state/country. Example : 1st module for 0.001kg to 1.0kg = RM10 - subsequent weight and amount empty 2nd module for 1.001 to 100kg = package fee RM10, subsequent weight = 0.5kg, subsequent amount = RM2. That's all. Easy, simple. So system will calculate for cart weight = 3kg, it will pickup 2nd module, total ship cost = RM10 + [((cart weight - min weight)/subsequent weight) * subsequent cost ]. This formula might be wrong, it is just rough calculation, actually must take into consideration to round up the answer to round figure. Example if answer above is 3.998 => round to 4 Even if answer 3.155 must also round up to 4
