Printable Classified Ad view for Joomla Component

I want a view created for the Adsmanager Joomla component which displays the ads, without the site template, with a CSS design in a page format suitable for printing. It should have CSS to layout the page and text as classified ads are usually printed, and add page breaks and such specifically for printing. It should also have a header at the top of each page, similar to a print newspaper header. Page size should be US Letter, (8.5" x 11") The view page doesn't have to appear within the Joomla site at all. I just want a separate link to display the ads that are entered in Adsmanager so that I can print them out. Attached is the List View from Adsmanager 2.6.5 - this is from \frontend\views\list\[login to view URL] - This file is probably what you will modify and customize to make my printable view, though you may also need to make a template file too.
